Danylo (Danilo Capasso) is a designer, soundscaper and DJ; a co-founder of Sintesi Electronic Arts Festival, Naples; and a board member of Hub/Integrated Communication. He lives and works in Naples. His work is mainly focused on the relation between space and events, around architecture, urban space, sound and the internet.
Mass (Mario Masullo) is a sound artist who lives and works in Naples. In 2001 he founded DSP Recordings in collaboration with with Dez, Ilic and Terrae. Masullo views electronic music as a means of depicting and interpreting reality. His music-related research interests are primarily focused on the 'physical' aspects of sound and on the intersection between digital processing and the audible world.
Danylo + Mass first collaborated with Fällt in 2004 when they contributed a portrait of Naples as part of the touring installation 'Invisible Cities'.
