Dakota Kirov is Fällt's official translator. Born in Ireland of Russian and American descent, Kirov has worked as a translator for a number of years for a variety of arts organisations worldwide.
Kirov has travelled extensively, adding considerably to her extensive repertoire of languages at the turn of the millennium with a period spent in China. Fluent in over 40 languages, Kirov began collaborating with Fallt in 2004.
A former translator for Les Parallèles, an obscure Belgian label of which current Fällt curator Christian Lange was also a collaborator, Kirov has been involved with a number of Fällt releases, notably the 'Offices at Night' suite.
Kirov is currently working on translating W. Conrad Röntgen's 'Notes on Les Parallèles' which will be released under Fällt catalogue number F.0025.0000.
